They all say “Diet and Exercise”.
This is NOT the answer for the majority of people trying to lose weight. You must address the main foundational problem that is behind this big wrecking ball of destruction.
Medication may be your biggest problem, along with chemicals both from food and environment.
Opiod deaths in Westmoreland county rose to 73% from 2014-2015. This is the gateway drug to heroine.
Medication continues to go up and up. Especially in America. There is a drug (toxins) for every symptom, pain or ache. Medication is toxic and toxins get trapped in fat cells which accumulate the more toxins you have. Medication can cause you to gain weight and have long term health problems.
Diabetes Medications: It’s normal to gain weight when first starting to take them. Some of the older drugs basically vacuum calories into fat cells.
Depression Medications: Boost the “feel good” chemicals in your brain which also control appetite and how your body breaks down calories.
Mood Stabilizers: They affect your brain and will affect your weight and metabolism. They cause your appetite to turn on and stay on. Some may cause as much as an 11 pound weigh gain in 10 weeks. Long term may gain more.
Corticostreroids: The affect metabolism, taking them for a long time may give you a bigger appetite and cause your body to hold onto more fat, especially around your belly.
Migraine Medications: They affect hormones that control hunger and make it harder for your body to sense when it’s full.
Beta Blockers: Decreases your body’s reaction to exercise so you won’t burn as many calories and can cause weight gain.
Allergy Relievers: Block histamine production which may lead to weight gain.
