There is a lot of BAD advice out there on weight loss.
1. Eat healthy
We need to eat healthy every day. Salads, vetegables, fruit (limit), and healthy fats and protein. This does not have to be in special boxed food. This foundation MUST be established for success. Try the 80/20 rule. Eat 80% of your diet with good clean food, and don’t worry so much on the 20%.
Hydrogenated oils, fructose, sucralose, and aspartame are killers to your weight.
Read labels. Highest percentage of food source starts at the top and decreases as you go down the list.
Exercise is great for health, strength and endurance but no so great for weight loss. Exercise is a stress. A good stress, but it is stressful to your body. This will increase your sympathetic stress hormone response (SSHR). This stress will decrease hormone activity, increase blood cortisol, and increase belly fat.
Our program actually eliminates exercise for a short period until your stress levels decrease, belly fat starts burning, and your SSHR begins to slow up and heal. This will allow for long-term success.
Your SSHR will increase greatly when your spine and posture are under stress. This type of stress will also cause weight gain, belly fat, and low energy. Our system evaluates this and will advise on fixing it. With the high tech, computer age, we are all sitting in a hunched posture and adding to this stress.
If you do not address all these areas, you will fall short and be very frustrated. These are the reasons that so many systems fail.
