I HAD EXCRUCIATING PAIN AFTER MY BIKE ACCIDENT. IT LASTED FOR 6 WEEKS.
What if I would have taken that first narcotic? Slowed up healing? Mind fog? What if I got hooked? Where would my life go? Down the Crapper….

So, I know what it’s like to be in severe pain.
The hospital said I would have to take narcotic pain meds 2-3 times per day, due to the size of my fracture.
These types of drugs are dangerous and were the leading cause of death right here in Westmoreland county.
I did need ibuprofen. 1-2 times per day. Only did 400-600 mgs, not the recommended 800.
The surgeon said the pain may last up to 3 months.
He also said I would not do much with strength for 9-12 months.
Thank God I didn’t listen!
I was out of pain in 6 weeks. NEVER took a narcotic (Very Addicting)
I did my first push up in 5 weeks.
I did my first pull up in 8 weeks.
I benched pressed 220 Lbs and did 17 pull ups in 5 1/2 months.
Full Strength and Full range of motion.
First starts with your attitude. You MUST want to win before your actions take place.
Second – Persistence. Daily tasks to achieve.

The researchers wanted to see if any movement of the spine or the human touch had an effect on improving the brain like an adjustment. The answer was no. Any vertebra that is not moving or aligned appropriately in the spine negatively affects the brain and the entire nervous system. And the only proven means to improving this state of disharmony within the body is a Chiropractic adjustment.
