Eating healthy doesn’t have to be hard. This is a simple meal for anyone during our awesome IN8Life diet or even after. Turkey/beef/chicken burger with grape tomatoes, any type of lettuce and hot sauce on the top. Just change up the serving portions to adjust to which ever phase you are in.
KISS fact: (keep it simple stupid) Dish the bun on with any burger or sandwich, you can still enjoy the meal with way less calories and no one needs to find extra calories!
