Here’s another great tip from Fooducate
We’re big fans of nuts and seeds. They are a great source of protein, fiber, and healthy oils. Instead of buying pricey single server packs, we recommend buying them in bulk, unsalted, and unroasted. Although they won’t go bad as fast as bananas or tomatoes, keeping nuts at room temperature for more than a few weeks is not a good idea. The fats in nuts and seeds will go rancid after a while, degrading the taste and nutrition profile. The simplest solution is to store them in airtight ziploc bags in your freezer.
KISS Fact: Remember to always get your nuts RAW! They are more healthy and contain less toxins. It’s a great snack food instead all the junk food.
