To lose weight, you may be considering a gluten-free diet. It doesn’t matter that you don’t have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity because your friend from work lost 20 pounds by ditching gluten and your neighbor’s daughter shed 15 pounds without even trying, just by skipping foods with gluten.
