Happy Wednesday! Last night I went grocery shopping and I thought it would be cool to share with you all how I buy organic produce. Now, here at In8Life, we truly believe buying organic is important because not all farmers follow the same standards when growing, fruits, veggies, and raising our protein. Many conventionally grown fruits and veggies can be covered in pesticides that are damaging to our bodies and nervous system, but there are some produce that pesticides cannot get through. The reason for this is that since some fruits and veggies have a tough or thick skin it keeps the pesticides out.
I know that we all want to save a little money and that is why I want to share with you the produce that I have found is safe to by conventionally grown and the ones that really do need to be organic.

When it comes to protein, buying grass fed beef and chicken, and free range organic eggs is going to be the best for you! I hope this helps you the next time you’re at your local grocery store. If you can, get to a local farmers market to get even fresher produce (you can always ask them how they grow their produce). Here’s to smarter shopping!
